"Paul, We were temporarily assigned to oversee the office following the unexpected retirement of the previous agent. As discussed, you were made aware that a permanent agent will be assuming responsibility for the office effective 2/1. Our team has been responsive to all of your requests for information. I understand your frustration regarding the timelines associated with your requested changes; however, those timelines were provided by corporate and are entirely outside of our office’s control. The commitments given to you have not yet passed, and we are continuing to monitor them closely. Additionally, your attempts to contact the office during the holiday weeks have not gone unanswered. Even while our team members were on approved vacation and spending time with their families, for Christmas and New Years (with out of offices stating that), we ensured your inquiries were addressed.
